Kansas City Regional Singles Conference

This three day conference is for Single Adults in the greater Kansas City area. Keynote speaker for the conference is Scott Hales, Church Historian and Editor of Saints who will speak about Joseph Smith overcoming the dark night of the soul while in Liberty Jail. Musical Keynote will be given by pianist/composer Garth Smith.

Throughout the conference various workshops will be given to support the theme of “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” As part of the workshops, Cheri will be presenting an updated version of her presentation “Crafting a Compelling Personal History.” This workshop has been re-designed to encourage participants to create their best life and then document it through a compelling personal history. As always, Cheri will use quilts to illustrate the steps of the writing, polishing, and publishing process.
